Crispy potatoes, smoked bacon, sausage, roast peppers, onions, cheese curds or a local equivalent, two eggs, gravy and maple-chilli butter.

Not yet. This is a restaurant, bar and music concept planned for the Algarve. The venue and opening date are still to be confirmed.
Where in the Algarve will it be?
We have not confirmed a location. The visuals use Candidate A in Tavira as a design reference. Tell us whether you prefer central, eastern or western Algarve — we want that interest to inform the location search.
Can I book a table or an event?
Not at this stage. The opening list records interest only. No table reservations, deposits or confirmed events are available.
Is this the final menu?
